Get your relief right
Pick the size that'll actually work for you
Sizing is the single biggest reason a knee sleeve disappoints — too loose and it won't support or stay up, too tight and it digs in. Two minutes with a tape measure fixes that.
Step 1
How to measure
One measurement is all it takes — just make sure it's in the right spot. Measure with a soft tape measure, standing with your leg straight and knee relaxed (not flexed).
1
Find the spot
Measure 5 inches (about 13cm) above the centre of your kneecap, on your thigh.
2
Wrap and read
Wrap the tape snugly around your leg at that spot — not pulled tight, just flat against the skin.
3
Match to the chart
Right on the edge between two sizes? Size up for a comfortable, non-restrictive fit.
Step 2
Size chart
Measured 5 inches above the kneecap.
| Size | Inches | Centimetres | Typical fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 8″–10.5″ | 20.3–26.6 cm | Smaller frame* |
| M | 10.6″–15″ | 26.7–38 cm | Most common |
| L | 15.1″–19.5″ | 38.1–49.5 cm | Larger frame |
| XL | 19.6″–23.5″ | 49.6–59.6 cm | Largest frame |
| XXL | 23.6″–26″ | 59.7–66 cm | Extra-large frame |
Right on the edge of a measurement? Size up — a slightly looser fit is more comfortable for all-day wear than a tight one. Want extra compression instead? Size down.
*Size S is sized for a smaller/slimmer leg — it's the right fit for some adults, but most adult customers land in M or above.
