Fit & sizing
Will it actually stay up, or roll down like other sleeves I've tried?
Slipping is the single biggest complaint about knee sleeves in general, so it's the first thing we designed for. Pure Support uses two bands of anti-slip silicone that grip skin directly — not just fabric-on-fabric friction — plus an adjustable strap you can tighten through the day. Getting the size right (see our sizing guide) makes the biggest difference.
How do I know which size to order?
Measure both above and below your kneecap with a soft tape measure and check both against the chart on our sizing page. If you're between two sizes, size up — a slightly looser fit is more comfortable over a full day than a tight one, and still stays in place.
Is it unisex — will it fit me?
Yes. Pure Support is sized by leg measurement, not gender, and fits both men and women. It's built for the everyday ache — early arthritis, an old meniscus niggle, general wear and tear — rather than one specific injury.
Product & use
Is this a rigid or hinged brace?
No — Pure Support is a soft compression sleeve, not a rigid or hinged brace. It's designed for everyday support and comfort during long days on your feet, not for post-surgical stabilization. If you've been told you need a rigid or hinged brace by a clinician, this isn't a substitute for that.
Can I wear it under trousers or at work all day?
That's exactly what it's built for. It's slim enough to sit under trousers or scrubs without bunching, and the anti-slip grip is what makes multi-hour wear realistic instead of something you're readjusting every twenty minutes.
Can I use it for running or the gym, not just work?
Yes — plenty of customers wear it for walking, running, the gym, and light training as well as for standing all day at work. The adjustable strap lets you add a bit more compression for activity.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with a mild soap, then air dry flat. Avoid a washing machine, tumble dryer, or high heat — that's the fastest way to damage the silicone grip bands and shorten the sleeve's life.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes — many customers wear one on each knee, or keep a spare. Just add the quantity you need at checkout on Amazon.

What's your returns policy?
Because every order is fulfilled through Amazon, returns and refunds follow Amazon's own returns policy for the order — manage it the same way you would any other Amazon purchase, from your Amazon orders page.
Do you ship outside the US and UK?
